Meet in Galway can assist in providing financial and practical aid in bidding for a particular international conference or association to choose Galway as a host destination. We can assist with the bid document related costs and provide support towards travel and accommodation associated with the bid process.
Site inspections can be a crucial element in the decision making process and we would love to welcome you and your key decision members to Galway City. Meet in Galway can co-ordinate your visit to Galway, covering the venues and accommodation available to you, and allowing you to sample some of the many attractions and social options.
We can assist in providing financial aid towards the marketing of the conference. We support activities that promote the conference internationally. We can assist with print material and digital marketing solutions to raise the profile of your meeting and to promote Galway to delegates, increasing attendance and ensuring success.
Limited assistance may be available towards travel in the intervening years, and assistance towards welcoming receptions for delegates in certain circumstances.
